Return and exchange policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, or if there are quality problems or damage during shipping, we provide a clear and convenient return and exchange process.

1. Return and Exchange Conditions

Any of the following conditions apply if the product is damaged or visibly damaged during shipping;

The product you received is not what you ordered (wrong model/color/quantity);

The product has a manufacturing defect or quality defect that affects its intended use;

If the damage is not caused by human error, please submit a return or exchange request within 365 days from the date of receipt.

⚠️ If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons (e.g. dissatisfaction or incorrect order), please make sure that the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs will be borne by us.

2. Return and Exchange Procedure

To protect your rights, please follow the procedure below:

Contacting Customer Service: Submit a request via email or online customer service, specifying the reason for the return or exchange, and attaching relevant photos (product problems, packaging, etc.).

Verification and Confirmation: The after-sales customer service team will verify the return and reply to you by email with instructions within 5-7 business days.

Returning Products (if a return is required): Please return the product to the return address provided and keep the postage receipt.

Return Confirmation and Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and confirmation of the returned product.

The refund will be credited to your payment account using the same payment method (the specific shipping time will be determined by your bank/payment platform).

In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement product as soon as possible after confirming receipt of the original product and notify you by email with the new shipping information.

3. Shipping Costs

Returns/Exchanges due to quality issues: All shipping costs are covered.

Returns/Exchanges due to personal reasons: Shipping costs are covered both ways.

4. Special Instructions

Returns/Exchanges must be submitted within 365 days of receipt. Returns after the deadline will not be accepted.

For safe delivery, please choose the tracked shipping option and pack the product securely.
